Pet Daycare/ Spa Feasibility, Pittsburgh, PA

Graves Design Group was retained by a private developer to prepare conceptual level documents for a proposed Pet Spa Resort, to be built as a design-build project.

Project/Building: Design of a new single story building with mezzanine, having a footprint of approximately 14,000. Building will be utilized for a Pet Spa/Resort including services for Pet Daycare, Boarding, grooming, and training.

Location/Site: New site will contain amenities for Building Site circulation, parking, outdoor play areas for large and small dogs and outdoor kennels connected to their indoor space.
