Allequippa Terrace Community Center

Graves provided comprehensive A/E services for this 4,000 square foot community center project, which converted an old office building with a flat roof.  The complete renovation and adaptive re-use provided a multi-purpose room, fitness room, kitchen, restrooms, shower & sauna, and office space.
