Graves Design Group provided architectural/engineering services for the Manor Township Joint Municipal Authority Water Treatment facility project which was for a pre-engineered building to house a new water treatment facility, located at Riverside Drive and Quay Street in Manor Township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
Design Scope included but was not limited to; Chemical Feed Room, Laboratory, Restrooms, Filter Room, and Pump/Electrical room, Office space, Roof design.

The building is approximately 4,865 sq. ft. and houses WTP equipment, featuring an economical design but with features/treatments to provide an appealing aesthetic within the context of the proposed use.
