Brookline Elementary 

This project required comprehensive A/E services for the 3-story 57,098 s.f. deferred maintenance and renovation of a City of Pittsburgh’s Brookline Elementary school. This project included complete renovations that provided handicap accessibility throughout including ramps and elevator, new classrooms, new stair tower, renovated gymnasium, new restrooms, and new administrative ares. Mechanical improvements included new boilers, sprinklers, and air conditioning. The building was upgraded with new electrical improvements, as well, including a new transformer, power upgrades, lighting, intercom, and fire alarm updates. 

On the exterior, the parking lot was renovated and expanded and renovations were made to existing steel demountable buildings.
