Volvo Wexford
The Bobby Rahal automotive group has been a client for years. We had just completed a 1,000- car garage for UPMC that was on the same road as Mercedes Benz of Pittsburgh, which is owned by Bobby Rahal. They needed a new garage for the dealership and engaged our firm for design services. From there, we've gone on to provide services such as this Volvo of Wexford renovation, design work out of state, and are currently working on design of an entirely new Volvo dealership in Western Pennsylvania.

OUR PROJECTS
Lazarus Shopping Center
Pittsburgh had not had a new department store built in downtown Pittsburgh for decades. We were the Local Architect assisting on this new department store and parking garage project
​
A strategic alliance between an out of state architect who specialized in this type of urban retail design and our firm's local presence helped make this project a hugely welcomed success. In addition, our MBE status helped increase minority participation on the project in the design and construction administration phases.
PPG Paints Arena Garage
Our firm led the A/E design team for the parking garage of the new (formally Consol) PPG Paints arena. This LEED Silver garage is adjacent to the new arena, designed by renowned architecture firm HOK. Our design of the garage, though technically independent of the garage project, nonetheless required coordination with HOK. The garage serves not only the new arena but also connects to the Cambria Hotel Pittsburgh.
Once the garage was completed, the owner hired our firm to author a garage maintenance manual to outline future maintenance procedures and schedules, to provide proper during the life of the building.
